THE LANDSCAPE
A precious microclimate envelops the terraces of the olive groves in Capri. The landscape exposed to the sun for most of the year and the air rich in salt are the ingredients that make the island a unique habitat for the production of a very high quality oil.
PRODUCTION
Cold pressed on the day of harvest, the oil keeps its organoleptic properties intact. From cultivation to pressing, the Capri olive is produced using natural methods with the use of organic fertilizers and pesticides.
A balanced oil, fresh and rich in olfactory notes typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Scent of aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and fruit plants, characterize the four varieties of oil produced on the island, each of which boasts different sector awards and certifications.
