THE GOLD OF CAPRI

The only olive oil to be

produced on the island of Capri.

The Gold of Capri is produced by means of the cold pressing of the olives which allows a better taste because the olive does not burn during processing, unlike the hot pressing.

Under the centenary olive trees of our land, we cultivate the ancient seeds handed down by our grandparents. The legumes cicerchie, beans and chickpeas of Anacapri are the roots of a peasant tradition that has been handed down for generations.

FROM HERE

The liqueur of gestivo Di Qui comes from the cedrangoli of Capri. Bitter oranges give the digestive a taste that leaves the scent of citrus fruits and the land of Anacapri in the mouth.
